If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you must contact us within five days of receiving the item.  We will provide a return authorization by email.  In order to receive a refund for the purchase of the item, you must repack the item carefully in the original box and return it within five days of the authorization.  The item must be returned in its original condition to receive a refund. If the item should be damaged by the shipping company during its return to us, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with them.  If the item has been damaged during shipment to you, please save all packing material and contact us at once.  If the package is delivered to you damaged, do not accept it until the driver has noted the damage on the delivery receipt.
