| A necklace with a beautiful old handcarved Ivory Pende Ikhoko pendant in the form of a mask from the DRC- formerly Zaire, which was worn by young men to protect the owner during the initiation into adulthood. This 2 3/4" pendant is strung with old cobalt blue padre beads from the 19th century and old Ethiopian handcrafted metal beads and clasp. The length of the necklace is 23". |
